Job Summary
Comprehensive Community Action (CCAP) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in our Behavioral Health department.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Check in clients and patients as the first point of contact at the front desk in Behavioral Health.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and attention to detail in CCAP's Electronic Health Record (NextGen).
  • Manage collection of urine samples and send orders via the electronic interface.
  • Schedule appointments with department providers and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Collect current demographic information from clients and patients.
  • Answer agency phones in a kind and respectful manner and make referrals to internal services as well as external resources when needed.
  • Confirm next day appointments.
