Position: Fleet Mechanic II
Valicor Environmental Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Fleet Mechanic II to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on heavy trucks and trailers
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues, including electrical, air, brake, suspension, and fuel systems
- Manage parts inventory and ordering processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Complete additional tasks as required
Essential Qualifications
- Must possess personal hand tools (wrenches, sockets, pliers, etc.)
- Specialized tools will be provided by the company (jacks, winches, diagnostic equipment, etc.)
- Experience with truck and trailer mechanics is essential
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to safely climb ladders
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
