Job Summary

The Driver Merchandiser is responsible for delivering products to customers on an assigned route. This role requires ensuring that merchandise is stocked on shelves and in coolers, and that products are rotated according to company standards. As an Ambassador for the Coca-Cola brand, you will interact with customers and consumers, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver products to customers on an assigned route, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Invoice and collect amounts due, settling accounts daily and picking up company property and returns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience required.
  • Valid Class A Driver's License required, with a clean MVR.
  • 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred, with local delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, lifting, pulling, and pushing 50+ pounds, and standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching.
