The Operations Manager will serve as the central point of contact for all data and information related to local operations and customer interactions. - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and track inbound and outbound flights, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Stay up-to-date with changing procedures and adapt to new requirements.
- Prepare and send regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Amazon Logistics System.
- Follow instructions and guidance from management.
- Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements
- 2 years' experience in data entry or a related field.

- Attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Typing speed of 35+ words per minute.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to work in inclement weather.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
