About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer to join our team at Synechron. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting distributed blockchain-based networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement End-to-End Blockchain Solutions: Develop and deploy blockchain-based systems and applications that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop, Test, and Deploy Smart Contracts and Chaincode: Write and deploy smart contracts and chaincode using Rust and Go programming languages.
  • Craft Maintainable and Efficient Code: Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code for blockchain protocol development.
  • Ensure Scalability, Security, and Performance: Collaborate with our engineering teams to design and implement blockchain systems that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
  • Research and Integrate Innovative Blockchain Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies and integrate them into our platform to enhance its capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver blockchain products from concept to deployment.
  • Optimize and Add Security to Blockchain Applications: Use advanced tools and technologies to optimize and add security to our blockchain applications.
  • Align Server-Side Logic with User-Facing Elements: Collaborate with our front-end developers and product management to ensure that server-side logic aligns with user-facing elements.
  • Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for new solutions and manage records for existing systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Technical Field: A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Rust and Go Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in Rust and Go programming languages is required.
  • Proven Experience with Blockchain Technology and Distributed Ledger Infrastructure: Proven experience with blockchain technology and distributed ledger infrastructure is required.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Smart Contract Development and Deployment: In-depth knowledge of smart contract development and deployment is required.
  • Familiarity with Consensus Algorithms, Peer-to-Peer Networks, and Cryptographical Protocols: Familiarity with consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer networks, and cryptographical protocols is required.
  • Strong Foundation in Cryptographic Principles, Security Protocols, and Hashing Algorithms: A strong foundation in cryptographic principles, security protocols, and hashing algorithms is required.
  • Demonstrated Experience in Writing Efficient, Secure, and Well-Documented Code: Demonstrated experience in writing efficient, secure, and well-documented code is required.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities and Capacity to Work Effectively Under Pressure: Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure are required.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Blockchain Platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Polkadot: Experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Polkadot is preferred.
  • Practical Experience in Developing Decentralized Applications (DApps): Practical experience in developing decentralized applications (DApps) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Front-End Technologies (React, Angular, ) for Full-Stack Development: Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular, ) for full-stack development is preferred.
  • Contributions to Open-Source Blockchain Projects: Contributions to open-source blockchain projects are preferred.
