Job Description

\As a lead carpenter or construction tradesman, you will be responsible for supervising a team of craftsmen and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:\
  • Supervise and coordinate with other craftsmen to complete projects efficiently.
  • Maintain high-quality work standards and ensure all work is performed safely and correctly.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency within the team.
