**Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Conifer Realty's Jefferson Park Senior Apartments. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment community.

**Job Summary**
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, including routine painting, carpentry, drywall repairs, cleaning, minor plumbing, basic electrical work, and other tasks as required. You will also be responsible for outdoor grounds maintenance, such as trash management, mowing, trimming shrubbery, cultivating flower beds, snow removal, and debris disposal.
