We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Supervisor to join our dynamic team at ClearSky Health. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on your assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall supervision of staff, tasks, and workflow on the units and the hospital, ensuring proper shift level and timeliness of work performed.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and leadership to manage attendance, having first-level responsibility to find staff to cover open shifts.
- Collaborate on hiring, employee training and development, investigations, performance assessment, and retention of assigned staff.
- Assist with direct patient care nursing responsibilities during high flow work times and accept patient assignments as needed.
- Participate in quality and compliance initiatives, including audits, summaries, analysis of data, and follow-up.
- Current state Registered Nurse license required.
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing preferred.
- One (1) year recent nursing supervisory experience in a charge nurse role required.
- Experience in rehabilitation and/or acute care setting preferred.
- Current BLS Certification required.
