Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Bilingual Therapist, you will provide clinical therapeutic services to our clients, utilizing your expertise in mental health and bilingual proficiency to make a meaningful impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize our practice management software (TheraNest) to manage client records and track progress.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Master's degree in a field related to mental health, social work, psychology, counseling, or a human services field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed as a Professional Counselor or Clinical Social Worker in the state of South Carolina (e.g., LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LPCS, LMSWS, LIMSW, or Ph.D).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Eligibility to achieve Independent Licensure under the supervision of an Independently Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts.
- Able to pass a Level II background check.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and state minimum required vehicle insurance coverage.
- Cultural competency and sensitivity.
