Mental Health Clinical Supervisor

Universal Therapeutic Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Mental Health Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and guidance to therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field, be an independently licensed practitioner, and have a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a recognized social services or mental health care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
- Train, instruct, and evaluate clinicians and student interns.
- Effectively communicate program, administrative, and clinical direction to subordinate staff.
- Review case records for completeness, consistency, and quality of mental health services provided.
- Consult with individual clinicians to promote staff development and suggest solutions to problem cases.
- Study and make suggestions and recommendations on special, complicated, or problem cases.
- Confer with program manager concerning human resources and work problems.
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing mandatory and discretionary mental health programs.
- Keep informed of new developments in psychiatric social work or marriage and family therapy.
- Identify staff training and development requirements and provide training and guidance to administrative and clinical staff.
- A master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a Human Service-related field from an accredited college/university.
- Must be an independently licensed practitioner or supervisor candidate.
- Able to pass a Level II background check.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and state minimum required vehicle insurance coverage.
- Being bilingual is not required but is a preferred skill for this position.
- Two years of post-licensure social work experience in a recognized social services or mental health care setting.
- Two years of post-licensure marriage and family therapy experience in a recognized social services or mental health care setting.
