Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff training and coaching to ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
