Job Title: Client Experience Specialist - Evening Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our team at All Pets Veterinary Hospital. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support during evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and patients personally, answer their questions, and triage concerns.
  • Observe signs of fear, anxiety, and stress in animal patients and offer solutions to promote a fear-free experience.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages with solutions to client's questions and concerns about their pet(s).
  • Recognize and triage medical concerns so urgent needs are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Offer clients compassionate emotional support during times of need; must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
  • Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum 1 year of veterinary industry experience required.
  • Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker, and strong communicator.
  • Highly organized and possesses computer skills.
  • Excellent reading/comprehension/legible writing skills.
  • Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
