Job Summary:
JobRialto is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This role requires collaboration with patients, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, screen, and prevent language, speech, and swallowing disorders.
Communicate effectively with patients and liaise with family members, physicians, and educators to create customized treatment plans.
Utilize established therapies alongside innovative techniques to deliver optimal care.
Stay current with advancements in the field by attending conferences, conducting research, and expanding professional networks.
Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and available therapies.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient history, treatment plans, and progress.
Mentor and provide workshops for speech therapy students.
Evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy programs.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a Speech Therapist.
Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
