Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects
  • Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers and team members

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry
  • Strong technical and/or quantity surveying ability
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays
  • Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure and acceptable driving record
  • College degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience

Travel Requirements:

This position will require travel to job sites located in various regions, including Central/Western ND and Eastern MT.
