  • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of diverse activity programs tailored to the needs of residents.
  • Monitor resident participation, emotional state, and engagement levels to evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
  • Conduct interviews with residents and their families to gather valuable insights for activity planning.
  • Collaborate with residents and families in setting goals and objectives for personalized activity programs.
  • Take on the responsibilities and accountability of the Activity Aide role.
  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a quality assurance program for the activity department.
  • Participate in facility inspections conducted by authorized agencies as required.
  • Foster positive relationships with other departments to ensure seamless execution of daily activities.
  • Prepare and organize activity spaces for scheduled programs.
  • Assist in the cleanup of activity areas post-events.
  • Help develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all resident care information.
  • Respect residents' privacy by knocking before entering their rooms.
  • Implement activity protocols as directed by the Activity Director, including creating decorations and setting up necessary equipment.
  • Assist in scheduling films, organizing parties, and providing various games and activities for residents.
  • Encourage residents to engage in hobbies and crafts, providing materials as needed.
  • Supervise activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Additional Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Level II Background Check.
  • Passing a Drug Screen and obtaining Medical Clearance.
  • Proof of Primary Series COVID Vaccination.
