Responsibilities- Deliver patient care by following treatment plans and communicating patient status changes as necessary.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients throughout their lifespan, including age-specific direct care services.
- Participate in clinical programs and interdepartmental activities within the organization.
- Communicate and assist in resolving problems.
- Participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs.
- 2-year Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies.
- Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- BLS certification.
- 1-3 years of experience preferred.
HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility in Okeechobee County. We offer inpatient and outpatient services, including diagnostic services accredited by the American College of Radiology. Our Hospital's surgical services include minimally invasive procedures. We are located in the Big Lake area of Central Florida, offering a sports fishing, natural beauty, easygoing lifestyle, and friendly people.
