About the Role
As an Assembly Technician, you'll be part of a production team consisting of experienced technicians. Based on your expertise and knowledge, you'll assemble and disassemble vehicles according to work instructions, and develop the assembly process with the manufacturing engineering team.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform tasks according to work instructions
- Collaborate with the plant team on quality and process
- Conduct quality checks as required
- Alert supervisors or team leaders to safety, quality, maintenance, or production concerns related to equipment
- Utilize IT systems for communication and documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of assembly-related experience in the automotive industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong willingness to learn and develop continuously
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
