Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all SQF documents are written correctly, verified, and validated prior to their due dates or date of use.
  • Maintain documentation registries and changes as required by SQF.
  • Enter and record all documents into the SQF system.
  • Assist departments on the preparation of new forms, SOPs, and documents.
  • Coordinate training documentation to ensure all departments are current and on-track with their training.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; general education college a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in document control and document coordination.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in technical report writing.
  • Knowledge and experience working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher-Intermediate.
  • English Language (Speaking/Listening/Writing); Spanish a plus.
  • Skills: Communication skills verbal and written, reading comprehension, active listening, problem solving, coordination, service orientation, multitasking, team player, strong leadership qualities, independent, detail oriented.
