The Facilities Maintenance Specialist primarily serves residents in urban areas. Training will be provided, and familiarity with job-board technology is advantageous. Physical Demands:

The physical requirements outlined here are essential for successfully performing the core functions of this position:

  • Capability to work rotating after-hours on-call shifts
  • Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day
  • Capacity to lift, push, and pull heavy items weighing at least 50 pounds
  • Regularly standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and balancing
  • Ability to handle ladder work, including carrying ladders and scaffolding, and navigating stairs
  • Frequent exposure to moving mechanical components
  • Contact with sharp, hot, and/or extremely cold materials and equipment
  • Adherence to safety protocols at all times to prevent workplace injuries
