We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Douglasville Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support or BLS certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ACLS certification.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
- Direct patient care experience.
