Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Autumn Care of Statesville. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess resident's needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of North Carolina
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
