KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in business analysis, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Industry Background: At least 3 years of experience in the financial data services sector.
- ERP Systems: Proven experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer Service: Strong orientation towards customer service and a solid work ethic.
- DevOps Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Preferred Knowledge: Understanding of legal and finance concepts.
- Change Management: Experience in Change or Release Management processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and MS Power BI.
Technologies/Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and JIRA.
