Compensation: $235,000 - $315,000
Haraka Headhunters is collaborating with a prestigious boutique law firm in California, renowned for its over 40 years of expertise in trusts and estates transactions and litigation. The firm is expanding its team in response to increased demand from both existing clients and new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Preferred candidates should possess a minimum of 10-15 years of recent experience in the following areas:
- Comprehensive estate planning for clients ranging from middle-income to ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Proven experience in trust litigation
- Extensive knowledge of tax regulations
- Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is advantageous
Educational Background:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an ABA-accredited law school in the United States
- Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar Association
