We are seeking a skilled Autism Therapist to fill a leadership position at our center-based setting.

About the Role:

  • Lead a caseload of 6-8 children, providing expert guidance and support to team members.
  • Train and manage Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality services.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Utilize evidence-based methods, such as ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp, to drive positive outcomes.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development, including uncapped bonuses for exceeding 26 billable hours.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D certification
  • New BCBAs encouraged to apply, with opportunities for career advancement

What We Offer:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 - $10,000
