In this role, you will lead day-to-day customer service initiatives and inspire associates to provide outstanding customer service. You will promote company core values and Our Burlington philosophy, driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys. A customer-first focus will remain a top priority, ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities will also include coordinating meal and break periods, monitoring schedule adherence, and maintaining a neat and orderly front-end area. We require candidates who can work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical stamina is also essential, as you will need to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.

A competitive wage of $13 per hour is offered, along with flexible hours and an associate discount. Part-time associates may be eligible for benefits, including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan, after one year of service. We also offer paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable law.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $26,720 per year, based on a 20-hour workweek at $13 per hour.
