About the Role

Balancing a passion for caregiving with a commitment to excellence, we seek a talented LPN-PRN to join our team at Balfour Senior Living in Louisville, CO.

As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, providing personalized care and support in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate resident clinical conditions, documenting findings in the electronic medical record
  • Administer medications accurately and timely, in accordance with orders
  • Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care
  • Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the review of clinical indicator reviews, including falls, wounds, nutrition, and antipsychotic use
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program
  • Passion for caring for seniors and advocating for their needs
  • Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
