About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team at NCW. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to minimize workplace hazards and promote a culture of safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and development programs to educate employees on safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven 5-7 years' experience as a Safety Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and workers' compensation laws.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is required.

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our employees by implementing safety protocols and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of safety programs through data analysis and reporting.
