As a Financial Services Representative with Northwest LLC, you will be the face of our organization, interacting frequently with customers to provide exceptional service. You will greet customers, efficiently process transactions, and resolve problems while identifying financial needs for referrals. In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will also support operational needs by traveling to various locations and working a flexible schedule.

  • Flexible Schedule: You must be available to work a schedule that varies weekly, sometimes daily, based on the Bank's needs.
  • Travel: You may need to travel to Bank locations within a specified geographic region, potentially mid-shift with little notice.
  • Reliable Transportation: You must have access to reliable transportation to facilitate working in multiple locations.
  • Attendance: Reliable attendance is required.
  • Financial Wellness: You will achieve financial wellness activity goals, such as identifying referral opportunities.
  • Customer Service: You will assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and inform them of product/service features and benefits.
  • Customer Issues: You will actively engage with and greet customers, taking ownership to resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Teller Drawer: You will balance the teller drawer daily and participate in dual control balancing of vault, ATM, and any other device, as needed.
  • Security: You will know and adhere to all security and dual control processes.
  • Branch Tasks: You will participate in branch opening and closing tasks as needed.
  • Risk Protection: You will protect the bank from unnecessary risk by following compliance, risk, and operational procedures.
  • Teamwork: You will work as a team with co-workers to complete daily tasks, demonstrating respect and professionalism, being prompt, and supporting management with special requests as needed.
  • Evening Hours: You may be required to work evening hours and weekends as scheduled, assigned, or necessary.

Key Skills: Establish effective working relationships, present and express ideas clearly, actively listen, establish courses of action, make right decisions, and use resources effectively.

Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with customer service experience, cash handling experience, and banking and/or retail experience. Your estimated salary will be around $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
