We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students in a K-12th grade setting, providing assessments, evaluations, and interventions to support their communication and language development.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address students' goals
- Collaborate with special education staff to ensure effective communication and support
- Manage a caseload of students and provide regular progress updates
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active North Carolina state license
- Previous experience in school and/or pediatric settings preferred
- Competitive pay rate of $40-$50 per hour
- Full health, dental, and vision coverage
- CEU reimbursements and guaranteed hours
