We are seeking a skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team at Tad PGS in Newington, NH. As a key member of our packaging team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of products.
Key Responsibilities- Packaging and Processing: Gather and verify packing materials, complete necessary paperwork, and operate barcode scanners to ensure accurate and efficient packaging.
- Quality Control: Visually inspect materials, products, and containers at each step of the packaging process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Record Keeping: Record information such as serial numbers, weights, and packaging dates to maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate any issues with the Packing Lead or Supervisor to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to improve daily work processes to enhance quality and productivity.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
