Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff as needed.
• Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and optimize patient outcomes.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Hold CPR certification.
