Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.
