We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of respiratory care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care assessments, interventions, and education to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on ventilators and other equipment

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Current registry from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
