Senior Director, Product Marketing

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead a high-performing product marketing team and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop buyer personas and customer journey maps to guide marketing strategies.
- Lead the development of sales enablement materials, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
- Drive demand generation campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Work closely with the product and sales team to provide training, tools, and support needed to sell SaaS products effectively.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in tech or SaaS product marketing, or a strong understanding of financial services products and services.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling SaaS or tech products.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in the firm.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation with the goal of retaining and growing talented team members. The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $200,000-$225,000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual's skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
