Senior Production Coordinator

The Senior Production Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the Production Department, driving excellence and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Domestic and international brand production management
  • Perform costing analysis and establish price targets for factories
  • Communicate production projections to agents
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution
  • Provide weekly sales trend analysis reports to the Sales Director/EVP
  • Cost sheet entry and production order management
  • Daily review and processing of distribution emails
  • Monitoring and analyzing shipping lists from factories
  • Providing commitment cost updates
  • Performing inquiry commitment entry
  • Managing customer service inquiries related to brand management
Qualifications:
  • Costing negotiation experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years' experience in a Production Coordinator role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong team spirit, and sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of Blue Cherry ERP Software or similar a plus
