Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Instructor/Assistant Professor in Kinesiology to join our faculty at East Central University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses, supervising practicums, advising students, and pursuing research and scholarship.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate in Kinesiology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of five years of higher education experience, teaching both undergraduate and graduate-level courses, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment and evidence of effective classroom teaching, scholarship/research, and institutional/professional contributions.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach in traditional and non-traditional formats and settings.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality instruction, supervising practicums, advising students, pursuing research and scholarship, and participating in departmental and university activities.
