- Supervisory Leadership: Guide production supervisors in resolving issues, managing personnel, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain consistent manufacturing practices to produce high-quality goods that meet customer standards.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold safety and cleanliness protocols in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in textile or apparel management.
