We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming environment
- Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers, showcasing our unique approach to fitness
- Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks
- Provide studio tours, highlighting our facilities and services
- Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships and promote our services to drive studio growth
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
