Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

• Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming environment
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits of our unique fitness experience
• Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks
• Provide studio tours, highlighting the features and amenities of our facility
• Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships, promoting the value of our fitness program
• Follow up with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
• Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events, representing our brand
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

As a Fitness Ambassador, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $14.00, opportunities for professional growth and development, and the chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Orangetheory Fitness is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance. Our 60-minute classes, led by highly trained and certified coaches, target at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone, raising heart rates and charging up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
