We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Connections Health Solutions. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to individuals in crisis.
Responsibilities:- Assess individuals and document pertinent information, including Triage, Behavioral Health, Physical Health, and/or Substance Abuse issues.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Crisis Intervention and the ability to de-escalate potentially aggressive situations.
- Provide education to consumers and their families regarding Behavioral Health diagnosis, medications, and treatments.
- Complete detailed Nursing Assessments with individuals and document pertinent information.
- Plan individual treatment as part of the Multidisciplinary Clinical Team.
- Intervene with appropriate verbal interventions to diffuse out of control or potentially dangerous behaviors.
- Accurately transcribe Provider orders and administer medications as prescribed.
- Graduated from an accredited Nursing program.
- Unrestricted active license as Registered Professional Nurse through State Board of Nursing or hold a multistate licensure privilege.
- Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
- American Heart Association BLS.
- Comprehensive health insurance, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity.
- 401k company match after 6 months.
