Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Conduct weekly reviews and discussions with the Admissions Team Lead and Financial Aid Team Lead to assess business performance.

Student Engagement:
Provide continuous encouragement, support, and motivation for students.
Collaborate closely with the Admissions team to help meet enrollment objectives.
Analyze financial aid outcomes with students and propose solutions for outstanding balances.

Prospective Student Follow-Up:
Engage with potential students who have visited and track their progress in the enrollment journey.
Ensure thorough follow-up on financial aid file completion, adhering to established protocols.

Financial Aid Packaging Support:
Assist with verification processes alongside financial aid service providers.
Present financial aid packaging options to prospective students.
Document all interactions accurately within Salesforce.

Student Inquiries:
Respond effectively to student inquiries regarding financial aid and outstanding balances:
Identify needs and propose solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems and student tracking software.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Engage in significant interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including students, team members, family members, guests, and the salon network.
Support financial aid audits and compliance checks as required.

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel domestically, which may involve overnight stays.

Leadership and Coordination:
Provide on-site leadership and facilitate communication for the Financial Aid Team Lead.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
