About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving meaningful change in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead and implement HR strategies, develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality employees.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Leveraging expertise in Workday to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Assessing training needs and monitoring training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven working experience of 5+ years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and Human Capital.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, particularly Workday.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
