Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at BellStores Inc, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle cash transactions, operate a cash register, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stock merchandise on sales floor and in coolers, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other store employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other duties as assigned.
