Customer Service Representative
As a BellStore Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast, efficient, and friendly service to customers.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock merchandise on sales floor and in coolers to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with other store employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management.
Requirements
Physical Demands
- Standing: 90%
- Lifting: up to 40# for stocking shelves, coolers, and back room
- Reaching: daily (above head - cigarette racks, storage shelves, etc.)
- Bending: daily (down and side to side)
- Pushing: brooms, mops, dolly on wheels - daily
- Pulling: cart daily
