Job SummaryThe Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications will be part of the Operations enablement organization, driving system/process changes that make our organization more effective.
This role will engage with key stakeholders, cross-functionally, to identify and document business challenges, and will be focused on enhancements/projects that may impact other enterprise applications.
The individual will act as a project lead, ensuring business requirements are thoroughly documented and user stories are created and reviewed with the development team.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the business process enablement life cycle, including documentation of detailed business requirements.
- Guide the successful completion of major programs or projects, acting as a project lead as needed.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business challenges and desired outcomes, driving in-depth discovery sessions to troubleshoot complex processes, functional, and application issues.
- Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts to identify and define business needs for complex business initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
- Document detailed business requirements and convert requirements into creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Apply advanced skills to analyze and establish one or more approaches, evaluating alternatives and exploring the adaptation of policies, procedures, standards, techniques, and technology to meet specific needs.
- Ensure nominated approaches fulfill business objectives, resolving problem statements.
- Prepare impact analyses and conduct feasibility studies on highly complex technology and business initiatives.
- Examine detail, classify, and break down information into constituent parts.
- Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide regular readouts to executive sponsors regarding project scope, status, and timelines, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Coordinate or participate in the creation of test scripts with business stakeholders or end users.
- Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or coordinate UAT efforts with end-user resources.
- In alignment with implementations, support pre-prod validation and change management communication/training to ensure enhancements are understood by all impacted stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Technology-related field or relevant experience.
10+ years' experience in a related field with demonstrated hands-on experience developing business relationships and driving business transformation efforts.
5+ years' experience supporting/configuring ERP and/or CRM and/or intelligent automation systems.
A strong analytical approach to business process design with emphasis on cross-functional interdependencies and efficiencies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred QualificationsAdmin-level experience working within an Agile environment (Jira, Confluence).
5+ years of Business Analyst Experience.
5+ years of experience documenting/refining business requirements, demonstrating a strong understanding of process flows and objects.
SFDC Admin Certifications.
Industry experience in Payroll/HCM or SAAS.

This role can be performed from any office in the US.
The pay range for this position is $85,100 - $158,100/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
