Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in our store. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Assist with receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Ensure that all merchandise is properly labeled and easily accessible to customers.
  • Cash Handling: Perform cash handling duties, including operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment is a retail store setting, open to the public, with moderate noise levels.
