Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to project teams, working on planning, evaluation, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical drawings and design concepts to project teams
  • Work on the study-phase and/or design-phase of projects related to civil, environmental, construction, and industrial fields
  • Interact with employees outside of their department, clients, and occasionally with the public (agencies, government entities, etc.)
  • Project a professional presence, representing the Company and the department in a positive light
  • Have intermediate-level software knowledge of at least one (1) engineering software package
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering Degree (or related)
  • One (1) year of relevant experience, which can include internship/co-op experience
  • Public speaking ability, desired
  • Develop baseline knowledge of state and local regulations
