• In-office position - must reside within commuting distance to Macon, GA
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate all Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
