Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at WhiteCap Search. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.
Responsibilities- Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough health assessments to diagnose acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning and Monitoring: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring patient outcomes and making adjustments as needed.
- Prescription and Treatment Administration: Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state regulations and established practice guidelines.
- Procedural Skills: Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and joint injections, demonstrating expertise and attention to detail.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and health maintenance, promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless communication and effective teamwork.
- Medical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records using electronic health records (EHR) systems, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Education and Certification: Master's degree in Nursing or related field, and current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in primary care nursing, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
