Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our rehabilitation services
  • Lead a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the resources and training needed to excel in their roles
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, business administration)
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and quality of care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Certification in a related field (e.g. CPHQ, CPHIMS)
